I bridge the gap between technical rapids and human needs. Just as a river guide reads the water to navigate a raft safely through Class V whitewater, I analyze user behavior and technical constraints to steer digital products toward success.
With over 8 years on the water (and in the code), I've learned that the best lines aren't always the most obvious. Whether I'm architecting a design system or scouting a user flow, my goal remains the same: Get the crew (users) to the destination safely, efficiently, and with a story to tell.
